Email Accessibility provides automated accessibility auditing services for email communications. The Service analyzes email content against Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 and generates reports identifying potential accessibility issues.

3. User Accounts and Registration

6. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your information is governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You control the retention of your email content through your account settings. By default, email content is deleted after 60 days unless you specify otherwise.
7. Billing and Payment

Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Overage charges for usage beyond plan limits are billed monthly
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
8. Fair Usage Policy
Our Service is designed for legitimate accessibility auditing purposes. Fair usage means:
- Using the Service for genuine email accessibility testing
- Staying within reasonable usage patterns for your plan
- Not using the Service for competitive analysis of our technology
- Not submitting duplicate or test content excessively
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance or updates with reasonable notice.
Accuracy of Results
Our accessibility analysis is based on automated scanning and may not identify all accessibility issues. The Service is a tool to assist with accessibility compliance, not a substitute for manual testing and expert review.
Legal Compliance
The Service provides general accessibility guidance but does not constitute legal advice. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Email Accessibility shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your subscription through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will retain your content according to your retention settings and our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
